Beach
The beach and sea at Grado has now been awarded the “European Blue Flag” for 16 years in a row. This is a prestigious recognition of the quality of the environment as well as of the town’s eco-sustainable tourism.
An area of the beach is reserved to the guests of the Hotel Savoy. Entry to the beach is included in your stay.
Umbrellas and loungers – available to our guests at special rates - can be reserved directly at the Hotel reception.

Grado’s beach has also been famous since ancient times for its sand baths.
Sand baths, from mid June to the end of August, are used to relieve osteo-arthritis and treat post-traumatic problems, juvenile rheumatism, rheumatoid arthritis, and other forms of rheumatism.
Solarium
The beach also has a solarium, divided into two areas – men’s and women’s – with loungers and umbrellas and hot and cold sea water showers, for an all-over tan in total privacy.
Water Park
The main beach, which is surrounded by green areas, is home to a Water Park.
An oasis of fun for adults and kids alike, with a large sea water pool, whirlpool tubs, and waterfall jets, diving boards, water slides, children’s games and bar with underwater seating.
