Children
Children in additional bed in the bedroom of the parents
Children from 0 to 1 year: free
Children from 1 to 3 years: 24,00€
Children from 3 to 6 years: 60% discount
Children 6 to 12 years: 50% discount
Children older than 12 years: 30% discount
Discount for children up to 12 years with only one adult in a double room: - 20% discount on the tariff (regardless of age)
Dogs
We only accept dogs with prior warning and their own basket (€13.00 per day). Your pets will not be allowed in the dining room, spa area or pools.
Car park
The Hotel has a car park and this service is included in our rates.
Check-in and Check-out
Rooms are available as of 14.00 on the day of your arrival. You are kindly asked to vacate your room by 11.00 on the day of your departure. In the event that you will be arriving after 20.00, please inform us so that we can offer you a proper welcome. In case of "no show", you will be charged the whole amount for the room.
Reservations
We require written confirmation by e-mail, fax or by post. Reservations are confirmed once we have received a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay booked, or after we have received your credit card details (number and expiry date). Presentation of the voucher stating the travel insurance agreement is valid.
Travel insurance
There is always a chance that something might happen before you set out on your holiday. With our insurance against cancellations, you are covered. According to EC regulations, a delayed departure or the cancellation or interruption of your stay can mean that you will be charged and, to avoid these costs, we suggest that you take out a policy against the cancellation of your trip. Cancellations
Only cancellations made first by telephone and then in writing (e-mail or fax) will be considered valid. No charge will be made for cancellations made up to 21 days before the date of arrival; from 20 days to 7 days beforehand, a charge of 30% of the stay will be made. From the 6th day before the stay is due to start or in case of late arrival or early departure, 75% of the total stay per person will be charged (unless travel insurance has been taken out).
