Salt and water are enough to rediscover your harmony, and regenerate your mind and body. Enjoy our indoor pool at 30°C and our outdoor pool at 24°C, both filled with purified sea water.
The Hotel Savoy uses sea water taken about 100 metres from the coast of Grado, which maintains its salt levels as well as being rich in iodine, phytoplankton, and zooplankton.
The sea is alive and contains all of the ions we need for our organism to function well.
In fact, it has been found that there is a physiological identity between sea water and our body fluids (plasma, lymph, extracellular fluid) and it has been shown that marine ions can enter our body through the skin.
This explains why you feel so good after swimming in our pools or in our sea.
As well as for our pools, sea water is used for our thalassotherapy treatments.
We also offer an Aquagym programme under the professional guide of our instructors.
