An elegant and relaxed atmosphere, for those who choose half board or full board, or for anyone who wants to try our kitchen even just once. The raw materials are almost exclusively seasonal and mostly regional. The gentlemen need not wear a jacket in the evening, but tennis shoes and shorts are not permitted.
Breakfast is served in the restaurant. The day begins with the scent of freshly baked croissants, homemade pies, fruit and freshly centrifuged juices, coffee, yogurt, jam, short-order eggs, an assortment of breads, cheeses and cold cuts.
