Our cuisine

Our selection of cuisine is oriented toward high quality gastronomy because of the attention we give to the selection of raw materials and preparation techniques. We propose the revisiting of traditional Italian and Grado dishes, along with the great classics of international cuisine.


Fresh, genuine and seasonal produce are the basis of all our recipes. We offer a different menu every day, more dynamic at lunch and with a few extra courses at dinner.
In addition to Today's Special, a menu à la carte will satisfy your every desire.
Special needs, due to restrictive diets and allergies, are satisfied if you first inform the reception.


Silver cutlery, warm light, high standards of service and a kitchen crew of 10 people. An elegant and relaxed atmosphere, for those who choose half board or full board, or for anyone who wants to try our kitchen even just once.
The gentlemen need not wear a jacket in the evening, but tennis shoes and shorts are not permitted.

Wine Cellar

In our cellar a wide selection of the most important wines of Friuli Venezia Giulia await you, as well as numerous national labels. 


Buffet breakfast, both sweet and savoury choices. Abundant fresh fruit salads. Eggs, cooked on the spot, according to your tastes.

Lounge Bar & Pool Bar

The Lounge Bar, near the restaurant, welcomes you at all times of the day, from morning coffee to cocktails after dinner. The sound of the grand piano will warm the atmosphere during the Saturday aperitif.
Near the swimming pool, immersed in the garden, the Pool Bar “All'Aperto” provides a casual setting where guests can enjoy snacks and drinks on sunny days.
