Rooms are available as of 14.00 on the day of your arrival. You are kindly asked to vacate your room by 11.00 on the day of your departure. In the event that you will be arriving after 20.00, please inform us so that we can offer you a proper welcome. In case of "no show", you will be charged the whole amount for the room.Reservations

There is always a chance that something might happen before you set out on your holiday. With our insurance against cancellations, you are covered. According to EC regulations, a delayed departure or the cancellation or interruption of your stay can mean that you will be charged and, to avoid these costs, we suggest that you take out a policy against the cancellation of your trip. We ask you to cancel a booking in writing (e-mail).
-No cancellation fees will be charged up to 15 days befor arrival.
-Between 14 and 3 days before the day of arrival, one overnight stay (per person and week of holiday booked) will be charged;
-from 2 days before the day of arrival and in case of early departure, two overnight stays (per person and week of holiday booked) will be charged.
This does not apply if you have taken our travel cancellation insurance or due
to a sudden change in the situation COVID-19

We only accept dogs with prior warning and their own basket (€18.00 per day). Your pets will not be allowed in the "superior" rooms, dining room, spa area or pools.
