Rooms are available as of 14.00 on the day of your arrival. You are kindly asked to vacate your room by 11.00 on the day of your departure. In the event that you will be arriving after 20.00, please inform us so that we can offer you a proper welcome. In case of "no show", you will be charged the whole amount for the room.Reservations

There is always a chance that something might happen before you set out on your holiday. With our cancellation insurance, you are covered. According to EC regulations, a delayed departure or the cancellation or interruption of your stay can mean that you will be charged and, to avoid these costs, we suggest that you take out a policy against the cancellation of your trip. Cancellations or cancellation fees
We kindly ask you to make room written cancellations (e-mail).
- Up to 15 days before arrival we do not charge any cancellation fee.
- 14 to 3 days before arrival we charge one night per booked holiday week (2 nights for a booking of 8 to 14 days, 3 nights for abooking of more than 15 days);
- 2 days and less before the start of the holiday, no-shows or shortened stays will be charged 50%.
This does not apply if a travel cancellation insurance has been taken out.Carpark
The Hotel has a car park and this service is included in our rates.Dogs
Dogs can be admitted by prior arrangement. They must be kept on a leash in the hotel and have no access to
the Superior category rooms, dining room, SPA and pools. We charge € 20 or € 25 per day depending on the size.
